Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is a soon to be released 2024 videogame which is made for the Nintendo Entertainment System and is officially licensed by Nickelodeon, but not Nintendo(?). Versions on modern consoles run in emulator with what I believe is an HD sprite pack, however a ROM of the NES copy of the game is shipped with all versions, including the game's free demo.
Physical aftermarket NES carts are also being produced by Limited Run Games, but have yet to be released, and are currently listed as sold out.

You can get a copy of the full game's NES rom as a digital release legally and for free from steam right now.

I'd like to add this to my rom collection, but there's no existing no-intro title format for the game, and i'd like my collection to conform to no-intro's standards, so i'm opening a ticket. Thank you so much.

If you are saying that the steam demo isn't on the DOM and you want it to be - get it and submit the hashes on the forum, someone will add it in the proper format. Of course the full version will not be publicly visible once released for a while.
